About Me
Hey there, cyber-buddies! I'm Jade Hamel, a totally cool girl living life to the fullest in this digital wonderland. When I'm not surfing the information superhighway, you can find me practicing my Tamagotchi skills, watching Clueless for the millionth time, or singing along to the Spice Girls!
Born in 1981, I'm a true '90s girl at heart. I love all things neon, glittery, and grunge. My room is plastered with posters of Leonardo DiCaprio, the Backstreet Boys, and my favorite band, Nirvana. My favorite color is pink, obviously, and I can't get enough of those awesome butterfly hair clips!
I’m obsessed with AOL Instant Messenger, where I chat with my BFFs for hours using the coolest screen names like "PinkDreams95" and "JadeStar". If I'm not chatting, I'm probably doodling in my Lisa Frank notebook or playing with my collection of Beanie Babies. My favorite is Princess the Bear because she’s super rare and special, just like me!
I’m in 8th grade and totally crushing on the cutest boy in school. We like the same music, and I dream about him asking me to dance at the next school party. My friends and I always talk about boys, fashion, and our favorite TV shows like "Friends" and "Sabrina the Teenage Witch". I never miss an episode!
Music is a huge part of my life. I spend hours creating the perfect mixtapes with songs from TLC, Britney Spears, and Alanis Morissette. When I’m not jamming out to my favorite tunes, I’m probably watching MTV, hoping to catch the latest music video from No Doubt or Spice Girls.
One day, I hope to become a famous fashion designer. I love sketching outfits that combine the coolest trends like plaid skirts, baby tees, and platform sneakers. Maybe one day, you’ll see my designs on the runway in New York City!
I'm also a huge fan of movies. "The Lion King" is my all-time favorite, but I also love watching romantic comedies like "While You Were Sleeping" and "10 Things I Hate About You". And let's not forget the ultimate girl power movie, "Clueless" - as if!
